We want you to love every piece from The Play Kits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn fashion items with original tags attached. Simply initiate your request through our portal to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location within 7 days of generating your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
